My health journey has been a lifelong one. At just 15 years old, I weighed 350 pounds, and that was when I was first introduced to the ketogenic lifestyle. Since then, I have lost more than 160 pounds. It hasn’t always been easy—there have been plenty of challenges, setbacks, and hard work—but I finally found an approach that truly worked for me.
Like many people, sweets were always my biggest weakness. Instead of giving them up, I began creating delicious keto-friendly treats that satisfied my cravings while helping me stay on track. That passion has grown into my mission: to help others enjoy incredible baked goods without compromising their health goals or dietary needs. In 2019, we expanded that mission by introducing a full Ketogenic and Gluten-Free menu at our restaurant, featuring appetizers, entrées, and desserts. Our goal was to provide our community with delicious options that support their health journey without sacrificing flavor.
